When highlighter-inspired wedding loot started springing up a few months ago, I wasn’t sure what to think. The electric-neon hues screamed of the 80s. But sure enough, the crazy colors are gaining traction. So break out those sunnies, I imagine that we will be seeing a lot more of them in 2012
